There will be different classes for all age and ability levels. Also as an added bonus, Smokin’ Joe is going to host a “Mental Edge toughness” class in a classroom type setting that will be available to all ages. Joe worked with a sports psychologist for this exact reason many years which ultimately led him to be one of the most mentally tough guys out there on the GNC scene. There’s a reason why he is the oldest guy ever to “almost” win a GNC race(last year at Vegas) .
